- End Users who participate in review campaigns through apps that have integrated RewardHub Services
- Publishers (app developers) who use RewardHub to monetize their applications
- Advertisers who create review campaigns on the RewardHub platform

1. Summary
RewardHub respects privacy and provides a clear process for requesting deletion (“right to erasure”) of personal data that we control. Some data may need to be retained for legal, security, or operational reasons.
2. Who can request
- The individual whose data is held (the data subject), including users, publishers, and advertisers, or
- A person authorised to act on their behalf (requires proof of authorisation)
Requests from third parties without valid authorisation will not be processed.
3. What we can delete
We can delete personal data such as:
- Your name, email, and profile details associated with your RewardHub account
- Data you submitted through forms, uploads, or content tied directly to your identity
- Usage logs that can reasonably be linked to your account and are not required for operational integrity
Data we may not fully delete:
- Aggregated or anonymised data not linkable to you
- Backup copies retained temporarily for disaster recovery
- Data required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution
4. How to request deletion
RewardHub processes deletion requests only via email.

5. Verification

We only request the minimum required for verification.
6. Timeline
- Acknowledgement: Within 5 business days of receiving your request
- Completion: Within 30 calendar days after successful verification
If additional time is needed due to complexity or legal constraints, we will notify you with the reason and expected timeline.
7. What deletion means
- Your account and associated personal information will be removed
- You will lose access to RewardHub services tied to your account
- Some content you contributed (e.g., public posts or shared assets) may remain to avoid breaking shared experiences; where feasible, personal identifiers will be removed
- Deletion is generally permanent
Important: If you log in again within 90 days of submitting a deletion request, the request will not be processed.
8. Exceptions
We may retain data when necessary for:
- Legal compliance or regulatory requirements
- Preventing fraud, abuse, or security incidents
- Resolving ongoing disputes or fulfilling contractual obligations
- Maintaining anonymised datasets for analytics or service optimisation
When retention is required, your data will be restricted from further processing.
9. Backups and system caches
Your deleted data may persist temporarily in system backups. These backups are retained only for disaster recovery and are purged on a scheduled cycle.

RewardHub keeps a minimal internal record of deletion requests, including timestamps and outcomes, for compliance and security. Deleted personal data is not included in this audit trail.
11. Appeals
